We recommend reserving your equipment as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak season. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests.
Yes. Gorgeous Event Rentals has a minimum order policy.
A minimum order applies to all orders. Our minimum starts at $500 however the minimum order depends on the location of your event.
We require a 50% retainer to reserve the props. The remaining amount is to be paid within 14 days from the event date. All monies paid are non-refundable, transferable and cannot be exchanged for a credit note. Please ensure you read full terms and conditions upon invoice issue.
No. Delivery & Collection fees are additional charges based off the amount of items hired, location, accessibility and hours of collection time. To request a full quote please fill out all required information in the request a quote page
You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your rental period. We require a credit card on file for all rentals to cover any damages or losses.
Delivery Schedules are allocated on the week of the event and will be based off the start and finish time of your event. You will be contacted on Thursday the week of your event with a 2 hour delivery time window and time for collection time.
We will always aim to deliver as early as the venue allows to allow for setup and decorations to occur.
Where applicable venues with restricted access times will be noted and we will work within these time frames.
Please note once delivery & collection times have been allocated these times are set in the schedule.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure there is adequate space or room for the items delivered. All measurements of items are provided upon request.
Once equipment has been confirmed, paid and delivered we will not be able to offer a refund if the items do not fit.
We accept payment via all major credit/ debit card payments. Payment instructions are noted on all booking invoices.
Unfortunately, because the props were taken out of inventory and secured for your event, we cannot refund the 50% retainer based on cancellations.

No. Due to our strict delivery schedules Gorgeous Event Rental staff cannot apply decals to props. We are more than happy to allow use of Removable decals on our props however, we cannot apply it and must be removed prior to pickup.
Gorgeous Event Rentals is prop-hire based only, meaning we do not supply balloons, decals or desserts.
